  What a wonderful group of employees. I couldn't have hoped for a more professional, compassionate mortuary. The fact that they were extremely affordable was an excellent plus. I would definitely recommend them from my experience at a very difficult time.

  My grandfather was sent to this Facility by the group home that he was in unfortunately it was not the correct place that he should have sent to when I called the facility the lady had explained that the place he had purchased with his gone out of business when I asked her about where my grandfather was moved she was unsure she had no notes and I asked her so you just move a loved one without having any idea as to where you move them to she says I Googled it really so you don't have notes or an address about the facility that you sent someone loved one too I am outraged and sad and that they don't take any further steps about being able to keep track of of people's loved ones I will definitely not recommend this place in the future especially if you love your family

  Everyone that works there was very understanding of the delicate circumstances I was in and took all the time I needed to answer my questions. Very professional without coming off as cold.

  Legacy was fantastic! They picked my dad up from my mom's apartment, handling us and my father with all the dignity, respect and care you could ask for during such times. They even had a rose on the gurney and then on my father. While not needed, it was a nice caring touch. They came in an inconspicuous unmarked van so there was little attention from others around, keeping it a more private affair; and pickup was included in the simple cremation where other places wanted $795 just for transport! We met with Janelle the next day to make the arrangements. She was knowledgeable, kind and extremely patient with mom's storytelling throughout the process. We bought our urn on Amazon and they had no issues using it; I must note that the prices on their urns were again much more reasonable than competitors. They also provided us the two free death certificates. All in all, could not have asked for a better experience!!! The whole cost was just under $700, vs competitors base price of $2200!!!! I would recommend friend and family, and will return if in the area when mom passes (hopefully waaay in the future!).
